As an iOS Engineering Team Lead, you will steer a growing mobile team to deliver customer-facing iOS features in a sustainability-focused tech business. You combine leadership with hands-on engineering to shape a production iOS app used by EV customers. You collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to turn ideas into shipped experiences and promote engineering best practices. This role offers meaningful impact by scaling the team and product while staying technically engaged.

- Lead and develop the iOS engineering team, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, hiring and career progression
- Drive delivery of new features across the production iOS application
- Contribute hands-on with Swift and SwiftUI, maintaining code quality
- Collaborate with Product, Design and cross-functional stakeholders to ship features
- Champion engineering practices, continuous improvement and AI tool adoption
- Balance leadership with hands-on development (60–70% leadership, 30–40% coding)
- Strong commercial experience building iOS apps with Swift, SwiftUI and Xcode
- Direct people management experience (not just mentoring)
- Proven delivery and scaling of production-grade mobile applications
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Passion for building high-performing teams while remaining technically involved
- Bonus: experience with CI/CD, Bitrise, Firebase, Datadog or Sentry
