IREF Project Manager

Planning, controlling, and managing the delivery of assigned projects in accordance with the agreed schedule, scope, and budget.
Responsibility for project performance and maintaining project profitability.
Preparing cost forecasts and customer invoicing plans on a monthly basis to support financial reporting and project progress tracking.
Monitoring and managing project expenditures.
Supervising and coordinating project risk management activities.
Planning and allocating resources required for project execution.
Supporting the preparation of tenders, bid evaluations, and subcontractor selection.
Coordinating subcontractors and overseeing outsourced work.
Negotiating and representing the company in discussions with clients.
Preparing and maintaining project documentation.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements across assigned projects.

Proven experience in project management, including a track record of independently managed projects.
Strong knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies; familiarity with FIDIC standards is an advantage.
Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
High level of independence, accountability, and resilience under pressure.
Results-oriented mindset and focus on achieving objectives.
Experience managing industrial refrigeration projects and relevant construction/engineering certifications would be an advantage.
Communicative level of English.
Valid Category B driving license.
