Description
- Translation of business requirements into KPIs, metrics and visualizations
- Building and maintaining semantic and analytical data models on top of the data warehouse
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries, views and calculated measures for reporting use cases
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency and performance of reports and dashboards
- Collaboration with data engineers to define data requirements and improve data quality
- Monitoring report usage and performance, identifying issues and assisting in troubleshooting
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation of KPI definitions, metric logic and reporting processes
- Development of strong understanding of the product for effective testing and contribution to its development from a business intelligence perspective
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
- Ability to work both proactively and as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a client-facing role with communication to understand client needs and requirements
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis
- Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool such as Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar
- Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts such as star schema, fact and dimension tables
- 2 - 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related, economics or other quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt or similar
- Previous exposure to financial data, ERP systems or real estate data
- Experience with AI technologies and their practical application in data analytics and BI
