IS PM Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

Leads the IS Project Management team by developing people, ensuring successful project delivery, driving operational excellence, and continuously improving project management capabilities, standards, and practices across the organization

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Lead and Develop the IS PM Team

  • Coach, mentor, and develop project managers. Drive capability growth, performance, and engagement

• Ensure Successful Project Delivery

  • Establish delivery excellence and governance. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality targets.

• Manage Resources and Operational Performance

  • Optimize team capacity, utilization, and project staffing. Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

• Build Strategic Stakeholder Relationships and growth

  • Partner with business, IS, and PMO stakeholders. manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction to extension of IS Project execution competencies

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a project, engineering, or IS environment.

• Strong people leadership skills, including performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

• Ability to build high-performing teams through coaching, collaboration, and accountability.

• Experience managing resources, priorities, and organizational change in a dynamic environment.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across functions and organizational levels.

• Good understanding of project management principles, governance, and delivery processes.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
