IT & Administration Specialist

Provides IT support and office administration for a Singapore-based office, handling hardware, software, networking, and facilities tasks while coordinating with regional stakeholders.
Job Description
IT Infrastructure & Support (Approximately 70%)
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, VPN, and end-user devices.
- Maintain office IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, network connectivity, routers, switches, and basic security controls.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, and equipment inventory, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and replacement.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely technical support and equipment maintenance.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of corporate systems and platforms in alignment with headquarters' IT standards and requirements.
Office Administration & Operations (Approximately 30%)
- Support the day-to-day operations of the office, including office supplies, pantry management, and workplace maintenance.
- Coordinate with building management, facilities providers, and external vendors to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Manage incoming mail, courier services, andvisitor arrangements, including support for headquarters visitors and business guests.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management and business teams as required.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure support, office administration, or a related role.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, VPN, and office collaboration tools.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with IT asset management and end-user support is preferred.
