participating in large business and IT projects as a subject matter expert, depending on your previous experience (strategy development, architecture design, vendor selection, project management, quality assurance, system and organizational review, etc.),
analyzing the effectiveness of business processes and IT systems,
participating in the development of proposals and deliverables.

a university or college degree in Economics with a strong interest in IT and/or a degree in IT with a strong interest in Economics,
5-10 years of relevant experience in an IT organization role, preferably in an internal or external technology consulting role,
exceptional conceptual skills, including the ability to understand complex scenarios and develop creative solutions,
experience in at least two of the following areas: IT governance, IT process design, IT strategy, IT architecture, or IT solution planning,
business analysis and/or process design experience, which is considered an advantage but not required,
experience in the Finance or Telecommunications sector, with additional industry experience being preferred,
strong English language skills and native-level Hungarian language proficiency,
the ability and willingness to learn and deliver in a challenging environment,
strong analytical and presentation skills,
good communication and interpersonal skills,
strong client management skills and a proactive personality.
