IT Analyst
Summary
Contract IT Analyst role providing hands-on end-user IT support at a site in Whiteley, Fareham. Day to day: deploying and configuring PCs, laptops, mobile devices and printers, supporting client operating systems and productivity software, and following ITSM processes (incident, change, problem) to meet SLAs.

Requirements:- Experience in IT support, service desk or IT analyst environments
- Strong knowledge of hardware deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
- Understanding of client operating systems, mobile devices, printing and productivity software
- Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and service level agreements
- Ability to investigate technical issues and contribute to root cause analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with IT teams and end users
- Commitment to following information security, data protection and compliance policies
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a busy technology environment
- Deploy, configure and support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other IT hardware
- Install, maintain and support client operating systems and productivity software
- Provide IT support to end users and assist with site-based IT systems
- Follow IT Service Management processes, including asset, change, incident, request, problem and project management
- Respond to IT incidents and service requests while supporting the achievement of service level agreements
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving larger IT issues
- Contribute to root cause analysis and problem management activities as required
