Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage and execute the authorization. Cancellation and change of privileges from User Request from URS, ACIM, Email, complete with SLA
• To manage and conduct a review of user lists and system permissions. the right to use the system is eligible. Review at least once a year
• To prepare a monthly report on the performance of the department. Including the development and improvement and No errors on the job
• To provide a training course for learning to develop knowledge. Advise Employees in the unit on the principles and techniques of operation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT
• Have basic knowledge about Hardware/Software computer program on windows
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and service-minded
• Able to coding will be an advantage
