IT Asset Manager - London

Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require extensive experience in IT asset management or IT operations, ideally within a regulated industry.
• We require strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDBs, and asset management tools such as ServiceNow.
• We require experience gained in a large regulated financial services environment, preferably banking or insurance.
• We require proven experience building frameworks in a greenfield environment, not only working in BAU.
• We are looking for a detail-oriented and compliance-driven professional.

Responsibilities:

• We will own the lifecycle process for physical IT assets within our banking business.
• We will lead the transformation of our hardware asset management function across EMEA.
• We will ensure full lifecycle governance, audit readiness, and cost optimisation.
• We will help build our Centre of Excellence for IT Asset Management.
• We will align our asset management approach with global standards and regulatory frameworks such as DORA.
• We will build out frameworks and governance in a greenfield environment.

We are building a Centre of Excellence for IT Asset Management to shape the future of asset management across our EMEA operations, with a focus on compliance, framework development, and transformation.
