Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 3,800 per month

IT Assistant Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network issues.

• Install and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, WPS Office, and other applications.

• Assist with network maintenance, user account management, and IT equipment setup.

• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.

• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.

• Provide IT support to office and production departments.

• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.

• May be required to work overtime when necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant IT support experience.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, LAN, Wi-Fi, and networking.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and WPS Office.

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Manufacturing experience is an advantage.

• Chinese candidates preferred.
