Surecycle Finance Corporation is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Associate to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment, networks, and software applications across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees for computer hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical assistance for Microsoft 365 applications, email accounts, and other company systems.
Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and preventive troubleshooting.
Monitor and resolve IT support requests to minimize operational disruptions.
Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
Knowledgeable in computer hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, and IT technical support.
Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications and basic network administration.
Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple technical support requests.
Willing to provide technical assistance to different departments and branches when required.
Previous experience in IT support or a related role is an advantage.
