IT Business Analyst (AI & E-Invoicing)
Summary
Technical/IT Business Analyst gathering and analysing requirements, translating business needs into functional specs, and supporting AI and e-invoicing project delivery including system integration, UAT coordination and documentation. Hands-on experience in AI and e-invoicing projects is mandatory; APIs, ERP, SDLC and Agile are a plus.
Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 7,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst with strong software experience and hands-on experience in both AI and e-invoicing projects. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse requirements and support the delivery of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications.
Work closely with developers and stakeholders on software implementation.
Support AI and e-invoicing projects, including system integration and enhancements.
Coordinate UAT, testing and project documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Job Requirements
Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst or similar role.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in AI-related projects or implementations.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in e-invoicing projects or implementations.
Strong understanding of software applications and system integration.
Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with API, ERP, SDLC and Agile methodologies is an advantage.
