IT Business Analyst

We are looking for an IT professional to support the delivery, enhancement, and day-to-day lifecycle of enterprise security and related technology platforms. You will work with internal teams and external suppliers on projects, integrations, and ongoing support, with room to grow into broader solution ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver, enhance, and support security technology platforms

• Coordinate requirements, testing, deployment, documentation, and handover

• Assist with analysis, integration, troubleshooting, and technical assessments

• Track progress, risks, issues, and escalations; prepare status reports and dashboards

• Support vendor deliverables, service quality, and issue resolution

• Drive process improvement and practical AI/automation

About you

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related

• 2–3 years in IT services (implementation, support, project coordination, or delivery)

• Hands-on: .NET / .NET Framework, JavaScript, PowerShell, microservices, Power Apps, T-SQL, SQL Server and/or Oracle

• Vendor management and project coordination exposure

• Clear management reporting; excellent English; good Cantonese and Mandarin

• Proactive, results-oriented, collaborative

Preferred

• Familiarity with physical / enterprise security technologies and platform integrations.

• Experience with cloud (incl. IaaS), APIs, software delivery, cybersecurity, networking, or platform technologies.

• Practical infrastructure/network knowledge relevant to OT–IT support or project delivery.

• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, ScrumMaster, DevOps, or related.
