Luck Companies is looking to hire an IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business needs and technology solutions. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to define requirements, prioritize work, conduct user research, and coordinate delivery, ensuring our technology investments are grounded in real user insights and aligned with business strategy. Job Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to work smarter and more efficiently
- Partner with business and technical teams to develop technology solutions that solve real challenges
- Document requirements, workflows, testing plans, and implementation processes
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects on track and on schedule
- Coordinate user testing, resolve issues before launch, and keep stakeholders informed along the way
- Create training materials, user documentation, and release notes to support smooth adoption of new tools
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and research to keep our products grounded in real user needs
- Build strong relationships across business, technical, and external partner teams
- Contribute to product roadmaps that balance business priorities, customer needs, and technical realities
What You Bring
Experience: 5+ years in a Business/Data Analysis, Project Management, System Management or closely related role. Exposure to enterprise business applications and digital product delivery is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft 365, hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps, and familiarity with UX research and prototyping tools such as Figma or InVision.
Attitude: A customer-first mindset, strong communicator at all levels, and a genuine drive to continuously improve the experience for the people around you.
Certifications: Agile/Scrum (CSPO, PSPO) or UX certifications are a plus, but not required.
Schedule
Onsite, standard office hours with occasional exposure to plant and quarry conditions.
