Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Map business processes, perform gap analyses, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Coordinate Business Analysts, prioritize workloads, and support the timely delivery of project activities.
- Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Analyze KPIs, reports, and business data to support informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the digital transformation of margin management, planning, scheduling, operational decision-making, and refinery-related business processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex business or IT projects.
- Strong requirements-gathering, process-mapping, and gap-analysis skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
- Experience coordinating Business Analysts, prioritizing tasks, and managing workloads.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience using KPIs, reporting tools, and data insights to support business decisions.
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills.
Advantages:
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
- Experience in the Downstream, oil and gas, or refinery industry.
- Familiarity with margin management, planning, scheduling, or refinery-related business processes.
- Experience working in multi-workstream programs involving interconnected systems.
- Experience mentoring colleagues and coordinating BA teams in complex project environments.
