IT Business Analyst | Up to $6500 | 1 Year Renewable

Salary: $6,500 per month

📍Location: Telok Ayer

💰Salary: Up to $7000

📝Duration: 1 year renewable/convertible

🕙Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (No OT!)

Responsibilities

• Research and analyse improvement opportunities

• Conduct workflow analysis and prepare recommendations

• Facilitate implementation of technology solutions that meet business needs

• Liaise between business and technical analysts to ensure requirements are understood and translated into functional requirements

• Support Product Owner, SME, engineers and architects in solutioning discussions

• Conduct prioritization with Product Owner

• Play Scrum Master role and perform sprint planning

• Ensure squad members understand user stories and acceptance criteria

• Ensure delivery is adequately tested to acceptable standards

• Ensure UAT sign-off is secured for production deployment

• Use data to elaborate and justify

• Escalate risks/issues as necessary
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of business analysis experience, preferably in insurance or financial services

• Experience with Agile Scrum practices
