IT Business Analyst
Work Setup: Hybrid in Taguig / Cebu / Davao
Work Schedule: Flexible to work on a shifting schedule as required by the business (weekends, night shifts, and holidays).
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, with 5 years of experience and at least 2+ years in US healthcare (CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health tech).
- Experience working on IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exposure to cross-functional and stakeholder management activities.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients, executives, and technical audiences.
Preferred:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Certifications, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with productizing AI/ML and agentic systems in healthcare operations.
- Data analytics and reporting experience.
- Change management exposure.
- Process automation experience.
