We are seeking a IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Sydney CBD. Reporting to the Business Systems Team Lead, you will be providing business/systems analysis services and advice on complex issues relating to Data platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Creating Epic and Jira Stories against the use case and requirements.
- Analysing existing use case documents to create stories to align development for new system.
- Organising Journey walk-through of stories and mapping of stories to Accept criteria to apprehend coverage.
- Documenting technical specifications.
- Writing the technical road-map from the as-is state to the to-be state.
- Document such changes, and write and communicate user stories as necessary.
- Demonstrated craft to translate complex business requirements into product requirements / user stories
You will have the following skills/experience:
- Bachelor degree in IT preferred
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management and process mapping
- Experience in writing - business and functional
- Project Management experience would be viewed favourably
- Excellent communication skills
