IT Consultant (PMO for AI and DX)

Job Summary:
As a Consultant, lead strategic PMO initiatives, AI/DX transformation, and business change projects for clients across diverse international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage PMO functions for AI transformation (AX), digital transformation (DX), business transformation, and IT modernization projects.
• Partner with clients and project stakeholders to define project objectives, governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Drive project planning, resource coordination, risk management, issue resolution, and progress tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between business, technology, and executive stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Monitor project performance, prepare status reports, executive presentations, and steering committee materials.
• Support organizational change initiatives and transformation programs by coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project deliverables.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client engagement, and relationship management.
• Contribute to the growth and operational development of the Singapore office and regional consulting practice.
• Collaborate with multinational corporations, overseas subsidiaries, local enterprises, and global stakeholders on strategic transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management, PMO, strategy consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, IT transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading or supporting AI transformation (AX), digital transformation (DX), business transformation, enterprise change, or technology-enabled transformation projects.
• Experience establishing project governance structures, managing project timelines, risks, budgets, stakeholders, and reporting processes.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders in complex project environments.
• Proficiency in English language for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
