IT Consulting Sales Manager – (AI solution, Cybersecurity, MS Cloud , Infra)

Salary: $30,000 – $45,000 per month

A fast growing Cybersecurity and AI solutions provider headquartered in Hong Kong are looking for an IT Consulting Sales Manager .

We are Microsoft’s Security Partner of the Year with Azure AI Platform Advanced Specialization, serving major banking, insurance, and critical infrastructure clients across the region.

What You Will Do

• Drive enterprise sales and new business development for IT solutions

• Identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across enterprise and government sectors

• Adopt a consultative, solution-selling approach by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions

• Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, proposals, RFP/RFQ/tender handling, and deal closure

• Develop and maintain key accounts, including government and public sector clients

• Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams to position solution-based offerings and ensure accurate pipeline reporting

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

• 1-5 years of sales experience in IT solutions, system integrator, or technology services

• Experience handling enterprises is highly preferred

• Familiar with enterprise sales cycles, tender-based selling, RFP / RFQ processes

• Strong interest in technology, especially cybersecurity, cloud, or AI

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
