- Experience in the insurance industry (must-have)
- 5–10 years of experience as a IT Delivery Manager, IT Team Leader or Product Owner
- Experience working in a technology-driven environment (IT / financial services)
- Technical background
- Hands-on experience working with Agile teams
- Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1)
- Strong ability to collaborate with both business stakeholders and IT teams
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure
Nice to have
- Experience in transformation or digital transformation projects
- Agile and/or Product Management certifications
- Experience working in an international environment
