Support the development and improvement of internal systems such as Mindcore, ERP, CRM, and employee applications company

Develop and modify both frontend and backend features.

Fix bugs and troubleshoot system issues.

Build and maintain APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

Work with databases and existing company systems.

Assist with WhatsApp API, automation, and other integrations.

Properly test changes before deployment.

Understand and work with existing systems rather than always building from scratch.

Work under the direction of the IT Manager and coordinate with the Senior Developer.

React / Next.js

Python, preferably FastAPI

REST API & Webhook integration

SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

Git / GitHub

Basic Docker knowledge

Basic AWS / Cloud knowledge

Good understanding of frontend, backend, and database interaction
