Summary
Entry-level IT/desktop support engineer in Singapore working office hours, five days a week: troubleshooting hardware, software, and IT system issues, installing and maintaining PCs, laptops, servers, and peripherals, monitoring performance, and performing preventive maintenance. Training is provided for junior candidates.
Salary: $2,300 – $2,900 per month

Job Scope:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and IT system issues.
Provide technical support, including system configuration, patching, testing, and maintenance.
Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with performance standards.
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, servers, and IT peripherals.
Conduct end-user training and coordinate with external vendors when required.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks to minimize downtime.
Job Requirements:
Nitec in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent.
