IT Desktop Support Engineer (Islandwide Schools)
Description
Salary: $1,950 – $2,450 per month
📍 Location: Islandwide (Different school assigned daily)
💰 Salary: Up to $2,450/month
🎁 Performance Bonus (Up to 1 Month)
🗓️ Contract: 1 Year (Renewable)
⏰ Working Hours
Monday - Friday
7:00am - 4:00pm (or based on school's operating hours)
No OT
✨ Job Responsibilities
Provide on-site desktop and end-user IT support.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and applications.
Support user account management and password resets.
Perform desktop imaging, software deployment, and patch updates.
Manage IT assets and support equipment inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements.
✅ Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Desktop Support experience (internship experience can be considered but cannot be solely internship).
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related discipline.
Comfortable travelling to different schools across Singapore.
Willing to undergo background screening.
Immediate starters or candidates with up to 2 months' notice are welcome.
