IT Engineer (6 months) | EXY
Summary
A 6-month contract (Jan–Jun 2027, extendable) IT engineer role in Bishan, Singapore, handling monthly Windows patch deployment, Microsoft Defender/antivirus updates, software installation, and day-to-day desktop/endpoint support for a client environment. Pays S$4,000–4,500/month.
Salary: $4,000 – $4,500 per month
Duration of Contract: January 2027 to June 2027 or extendable
Working Hours: Monday – Fri, 8.15am to 5.45pm
Duties & Responsibilities
Monthly Windows Patch Management: Assist in deploying, testing, and verifying monthly Windows updates across client endpoints to maintain system stability and compliance.
Antivirus & Security Updates: Monitor and ensure Microsoft Defender (and other enterprise security agents) definitions are updated across all devices.
Software Installation & Deployment: Perform standard and customized software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for end-user workstations.
General Operations & BAU Support: Support day-to-day desktop maintenance tasks, hardware/software troubleshooting, and endpoint provisioning.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Windows OS administration and client-side troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of endpoint management concepts, patch deployment, and enterprise antivirus (Microsoft Defender).
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
