IT Engineer - L1 - Jurong Island

Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 per month

Job Description

• Provide first-level IT support to users for hardware and software issues.

• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, printers and laptops.

• Set up laptops, desktops and IT equipment for new joiners.

• Manage user accounts, password resets and basic access requests.

• Handle IT tickets and follow up on users’ issues.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.

• Maintain IT equipment and asset records.

• Troubleshoot basic network, Wi-Fi and VPN issues.

• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support or vendors when required.

• Support other IT projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in IT or related field.

• 1–3 years of IT support / helpdesk experience.

• Familiar with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and basic networking.

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and support users in a fast-paced environment.
