Onsite IT Support Engineer

Salary: $2,200 – $3,000 per month

Our Client:

• IT Service Provider

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm

• Central - Bukit Merah

• Roaming Role - Required to travel island wide daily (Transportation cost will be reimbursed)

• Basic UP $3000 + Completion Bonus

• 1 Year Contract Renewable

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite IT hardware support for desktops, laptops and related IT equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and system issues.

• Install and configure Operating Systems, firmware and BIOS.

• Manage assigned service cases from start to closure through the ticketing system.

• Coordinate service appointments and provide customers with timely updates on service progress.

• Handle and track IT parts and equipment during transportation to customer sites.

• Work closely with dispatchers, team leads and supervisors to ensure jobs are completed and closed on time.

• Maintain accurate service records and case updates.

• Attend web-based technical and new product training when required.

• Provide professional and friendly customer service during onsite visits.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

• Willing to travel island wide daily (roaming role), transport cost shall be reimbursed.
