Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, servers, printers, and end-user issues across multiple sites.

2. Manage Active Directory, user accounts, Group Policies, permissions, and IT security configurations.

3. Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPN.

4. Monitor network performance and manage server administration, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.

5. Plan and implement IT infrastructure projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, server room setups, CCTV deployments, network upgrades, and new site connectivity.

6. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

7. Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset inventories, and compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements.

8. Recommend system and process improvements to enhance performance, efficiency, and security.

9. Maintain applications, SharePoint data sources, automated workflows, approval processes, and notifications.

10. Monitor digitalisation initiatives, project progress, vendor activities, outstanding issues, and departmental requirements.

11. Keep up to date with emerging technologies and IT best practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, technical support, networking, or system administration.

• Practical knowledge of operating systems, networking, programming, and relevant IT systems.
