1. Mobile Device Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of corporate mobile devices, mobile numbers, eSIMs, carrier plans, assignments, transfers, returns, replacements, spare stock, and retired devices.
2. Device Provisioning and Lifecycle Operations: Provision and prepare mobile devices for deployment. Coordinate device distribution, collection, replacement, recommissioning, and retirement throughout the complete device lifecycle.
3. EMM Policy and Patch Execution: Execute established Microsoft Intune/EMM security, configuration, and compliance policies. Monitor and coordinate iOS/iPadOS updates and device patch compliance.
4. Carrier Service Management: Process roaming requests, including request intake, scheduling, activation, and confirmation. Coordinate mobile plan renewals, eSIM activations and replacements, service changes, carrier application forms, and related internal purchase requisition processes.
5. Carrier Billing Administration: Process and reconcile monthly carrier billing, validate service charges and plan usage, resolve billing discrepancies, and support internal payment and expense-allocation procedures.
6. Mobile User Support: Provide user-facing operational support for mobile device, enrollment, connectivity, eSIM, and carrier-service issues. Coordinate escalations with internal technical teams, carriers, and service providers when required.
7. Secondary IoT and Facilities Support: Provide supplementary operational support for selected IoT and facility technology services, such as CCTV and entrance security/door access-card systems. Assist with basic coordination, record maintenance, initial issue triage, and escalation to the responsible technical teams. The position’s primary responsibility remains EMM and mobile device operations.
