Role & responsibilities

System Maintenance: Oversee the parks IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems such as bookings, ticketing, inventory, and POS (Point of Sale) systems function without interruptions.

Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Network Management: Ensure the parks Wi-Fi, communication systems, and security cameras are always functional and optimized.

Data Management: Manage the storage and backup of customer data, sales data, and operational data, ensuring data privacy compliance with Indian regulations.

Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data from breaches or unauthorized access.

Desired Candidate

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Familiarity with data security protocols and Indian data protection laws.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and familiarity with POS systems.
