Job Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or a similar field
- One to three years of relevant IT experience
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment support
- Fundamental knowledge of infrastructure and networking
- Interest in emerging technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence
- Capacity to operate both independently and productively in a small team
- Exposure to cybersecurity tools, Odoo CRM, Power Automate, Intune, and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central would be beneficial.
