Job Summary
Provide first-level SAP support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth SAP operations to support daily business activities.
Job Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for SAP users by responding to incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic SAP issues related to transactions, master data, and reporting.
Monitor daily SAP operations to ensure system availability and performance.
Assist users with SAP navigation and standard system functionalities.
Prepare and maintain user guides, process documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Communicate with stakeholders on issue status and resolution progress.
Job Authority
Manage SAP user access based on approved requests.
Coordinate and work closely with SAP consultants on system-related matters.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
Experience in SAP support or ERP systems is an added advantage.
Job-Related Skills
Basic knowledge of ERP concepts and ERP software, especially SAP.
Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
Understanding of IT support processes and ticket management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
