Job Description As a
Full-Stack Developer , you will play a key role in developing and enhancing scalable web applications that support PT Ultra Sakti's digital transformation and business operations. This position is responsible for delivering end-to-end application solutions across frontend and backend development while ensuring system reliability, performance, and user experience.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, drive continuous system improvements, and contribute to the development of innovative digital products that create value across the organization.
Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack web applications to support business operations and digital initiatives. Collaborate with users and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Build and integrate frontend, backend, databases, and APIs to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. Perform application testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and continuous system optimization to ensure reliability and performance. Prepare and maintain technical documentation while contributing to development standards and best practices. Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development efficiency and solution quality.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or other related disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to
2 years of experience
in Full Stack Development or Software Development are encouraged to apply. Good understanding of frontend and backend development, RESTful APIs, databases, and software development lifecycle. Experience with technologies such as
React.js, Next.js, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Go , or equivalent frameworks. Familiarity with Git, cloud environments, deployment processes, or AI-assisted development tools will be an advantage. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and collaborative working style.
