IT Governance and Risk Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Governance and Risk Compliance Manager to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. This role is critical in ensuring that our IT infrastructure aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in risk management and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT governance, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks, with a focus on ISO 27001 standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement IT governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities within the IT infrastructure and recommend mitigation strategies. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into business processes. - Utilize tools such as Archer for risk management and compliance tracking. - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and governance effectiveness. - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders regarding risk management and compliance status. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and governance principles. - Expertise in risk management and compliance, particularly with ISO 27001 and ISO 27001:2005. - Proficiency in using risk management tools, such as Archer. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
