Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking an entry-level IT Help Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for staff technology problems across MVCDC's 21 locations. This position resolves Tier 1 support requests, prepares and deploys computers and mobile devices, executes onboarding and offboarding tasks, supports classroom technology, maintains the IT asset register, and escalates anything outside defined Tier 1 scope.
