IT Infrastructure Administrator

Job Summary:

We are implementing SAP S/4HANA across our regional operations (Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and US). This role will act as a core functional analyst primarily owning Product Costing and Cost Management, with extended involvement in Project Costing, within a versatile team supporting our enterprise ERP landscape.

The Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure and enterprise applications to ensure system availability, security, and operational stability across cloud environments.

The role primarily supports the company's ERP platform throughout implementation and ongoing operations, while also managing cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, IT governance, compliance activities, technical projects, and continuous service improvement. The Infrastructure Administrator will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide infrastructure and technical support for enterprise applications, with primary responsibility for the ERP platform, to ensure system availability, performance, and operational stability.

• Support ERP implementation, upgrades, system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing operational activities.

• Coordinate with ERP vendors, cloud providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support project delivery.

• Administer, maintain, and support the company's cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, and IT services.

• Monitor system availability, performance, capacity, security, and cloud resource utilization to ensure reliable operations.

• Perform system maintenance, patch management, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure upgrades.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.

• Support the implementation of new technologies, infrastructure improvements, and IT projects.

• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system architecture diagrams.

• Support IT governance, internal and external audits, compliance activities, and remediation plans.

• Identify and implement improvements to enhance system reliability, security, operational efficiency, automation, and cost optimization.

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable IT services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Administration, System Administration, or IT Operations.

• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications.

• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Open to learn new technologies and adaptable with Automation and AI tools
