Salary: $5,000 – $5,500 per month
About the role
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Engineer to provide operational coverage and service continuity across Microsoft 365 services and on-premises enterprise platforms. The role involves initial incident troubleshooting, service restoration, escalation coordination and operational support across multiple technical environments.
Key responsibilities
Provide operational coverage and first-level support for Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
Perform initial triage and troubleshooting for incidents affecting collaboration platforms, identity services and hosting environments.
Coordinate incident escalation and resolution with relevant specialist teams, including Microsoft 365, SQL and infrastructure teams.
Execute documented standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational runbooks for Microsoft 365 and on-premises platforms.
Support service restoration, backup verification and recovery activities during incidents.
Provide operational coverage during leave periods, manpower shortages and peak operational periods to prevent service gaps.
Maintain operational records, handover notes and documentation to support continuity across teams.
About you
Experience in enterprise IT operations or infrastructure support.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration and identity services.
Working knowledge of on-premises enterprise platforms.
Strong incident coordination and troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms.
Ability to follow and execute established operating procedures across different systems.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and provide effective operational handovers.
Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
