IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and test server equipment to ensure proper system functionality and performance.

• Install server racks and cabling for servers, storage, and network equipment.

• Maintain servers, storage, and network devices, including routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.

• Diagnose hardware failures and replace components as required.

• Update BIOS, BMC, and firmware according to technical requirements and maintenance procedures.

• Support on-site installation, maintenance, and repair activities at customer locations.

• Create and maintain maintenance records, service reports, and failure analysis reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• Knowledge of servers, storage, network hardware, rack installation, cabling, or data center operations is preferred.

• Experience in server, storage, or network equipment installation and maintenance, or hardware troubleshooting is preferred.

• Experience with BIOS, BMC, firmware updates, hardware diagnostics, or component replacement is an advantage.

• Good command of English; Chinese language skills are a plus.

• Good troubleshooting, hardware diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to follow technical procedures and maintain service records.

• Strong sense of responsibility, service-minded attitude, and attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills for working with customers and internal teams.
