About the Role
Deliver Microsoft, cloud and infrastructure projects across varied customer environments. You will also resolve complex escalations and share technical knowledge with colleagues.
Duties
• Deliver infrastructure and cloud projects to agreed requirements
• Implement Microsoft migrations, upgrades and new deployments
• Coordinate project tasks, progress and delivery risks
• Keep customers informed and document technical work
• Resolve complex escalations and share technical knowledge
Skills & Experience
• Microsoft infrastructure knowledge, including Azure and Microsoft 365
• Level 3 experience resolving complex technical issues
• Hands-on migrations, deployments or infrastructure projects
• Confident customer communication and technical documentation
• Ability to manage priorities, scope and change risks
