Job Overview

We are hiring experienced IT Infrastructure, Windows Security, and ServiceNow professionals for enterprise-level technology projects.

1. ServiceNow ITAM Developer – Intune Integration

Experience: 6–7 Years

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM development.
• Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM/SAM Pro).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune integration with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, CI classes, relationships, and data quality.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, Service Mapping, and Discovery Patterns.
• Understanding of IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine) and CMDB reconciliation.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations, asset inventories, and CMDB data issues.
• Knowledge of IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and SCCM/MECM integrations.
• ServiceNow ITAM, CSA, CIS-Discovery, or related certifications are advantageous.

2. Senior Windows & Security Engineer

Experience: 8–12 Years

• Strong Windows Server administration experience (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS patch management using SCCM/MECM, WSUS, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of Windows security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and PKI.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Knowledge of security protocols, cryptographic ciphers, CIS benchmarks, and compliance requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting patch failures, Windows services, server performance, and OS-related issues.
• Exposure to VMware, Microsoft Azure VMs, and AWS Windows workloads.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL, Change Management, Incident Management, and CAB processes.
• Banking and financial services domain experience preferred.
