IT Infrastructure Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Team Lead to join our team and take a key role in managing and evolving a complex IT infrastructure environment.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with a strong networking and infrastructure background, combined with experience in production environments, infrastructure projects, migrations and technical team leadership.

You will work across multiple infrastructure domains, collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders in an international environment.

What you will do:

• Lead and support a small technical infrastructure team, ensuring effective delivery and collaboration.

• Take ownership of infrastructure operations and contribute to the stability, availability and continuous improvement of production environments.

• Provide strong technical expertise across networking, systems, virtualization, databases and datacenter infrastructure.

• Lead or contribute to infrastructure projects, migrations and technology transformations.

• Drive effective incident, problem and change management processes.

• Work according to ITIL principles and ensure appropriate change and operational governance.

• Act as a key technical point of contact for infrastructure related topics and escalations.

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions and improvements.

• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, performance, security and operational efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment.

What we are looking for:

• 8–12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with strong expertise in networking.

• Broad understanding of infrastructure technologies, including systems, virtualization, databases and datacenter environments.

• 2–5 years of experience in team or project leadership.

• Previous experience managing or coordinating a small technical team.

• Strong multidisciplinary infrastructure background and the ability to understand complex technical environments end-to-end.

• Solid experience working in production environments.

• Strong incident and problem management capabilities.

• Proven experience with infrastructure projects, migrations and implementations.

• Good understanding of ITIL, change management and operational processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent English communication skills and confidence working in an international environment; French is considered a plus.
