About the role
This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Intern with a six-month duration, based in Setia Alam. The role offers a combination of on-site and remote work flexibility. The IT Intern will assist in software development, software testing, network administration, perform troubleshooting, and ensure systems' reliability and security. Additionally, the intern will support network security initiatives and provide customer service by addressing IT-related inquiries and concerns.

About you
- Proficiency in Software Development, Network Administration and knowledge of basic Information Technology concepts and systems
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues effectively
- Familiarity with PHP, Java, and Network Security practices to support secure system operations
- Strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively, respond to inquiries, and resolve user issues
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with IT systems and networks is a plus
