Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to support our day-to-day IT operations. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting, hardware and software maintenance, and basic network-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network concerns
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment
Assist with system maintenance, software updates, and IT documentation
Monitor and maintain company devices and IT equipment
Support daily IT operations and respond to technical requests
Assist in identifying and resolving basic technical issues
Qualifications
Currently pursuing Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related course
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willing to work on-site in San Miguel, Manila
Must be able to complete the required internship hours
