Target Start Date: 1st week of February 2026
Shift: Rotating Shift with 2 days off
Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Makati)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage IT operations across stores and the head office, ensuring system uptime
and reliability. - Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network
systems. - Provide technical support for POS systems, inventory management tools, and other retail
applications. - Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
- Coordinate with global IT teams for system updates, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Manage vendor relationships for IT equipment, software licensing, and service agreements.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a local or international retail company
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and retail systems (POS, ERP).
- Familiarity with IT security protocols and compliance standards
- Above average English communication skills as this will also support expats
- Amenable to travel within the Greater Manila Area
- Bachelor's degree
