IT Manager - Enterprise Applications | Finance-IT Hybrid Talent | HKD$1M

Our client is a leading enterprise looking for a dynamic IT Application Manager to drive process automation and ERP solutions by bridging business requirements with technology solutions.

The IT Application Manager will translate business and operational requirements into effective system implementations. You will oversee end-to-end application and ERP projects, support finance and accounting systems, and collaborate with business stakeholders, external vendors, and internal teams to lead system enhancements, RPA implementations, and ongoing application support.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational processes into application development and implementation tasks to deliver process automation solutions

• Utilize a strong understanding of financial and reporting modules within major ERP solutions to optimize systems

• Apply a structured lifecycle management process for implementing changes across application systems

• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting for ERP and related IT systems

• Manage complex finance and accounting projects, particularly custom application and ERP implementations

• Lead end-to-end application projects and enhancements, covering requirement gathering, vendor management, system design, UAT testing, post-implementation training, and documentation

• Configure new RPA processes and support the implementation of robotics

• Assist Senior Managers in engaging business stakeholders to plan and manage system development and enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• Minimum 10+ years of working experience with a solid track record of delivering ERP implementations, finance transformations, and business process improvements for finance projects

• Hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development (preferred)

• Technical proficiency in SQL, MS SQL, and Excel VBA

• Strong knowledge of project and change management within large-scale enterprise projects

• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
