IT Manager
* Lead and manage the company's IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and
cybersecurity operations.
* Ensure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of all IT systems and services.
* Drive the ERP migration from SAP ECC to Oracle NetSuite, including planning, integration, testing, development
and user adoption.
* Champion digital transformation initiatives by leveraging cloud, automation, AI, and data analytics technologies
to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
* Develop and execute the IT roadmap to align technology investments with business objectives and future
growth.
* Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and strategic technology partners.
* Establish and maintain robust IT governance, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity
frameworks.
* Lead, coach, and develop the IT team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
* Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, Microsoft 365, and
enterprise systems.
* Proven experience delivering ERP implementation or migration projects, preferably involving SAP ECC
and Oracle NetSuite.
* Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, automation, data analytics, low-code platforms, and
modern cloud architecture.
* Strong project management, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
* Oracle NetSuite experience will be an advantage.
* Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments will be an advantage.
* 5 days work week.
