Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced IT professional to lead infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations.
• Oversee ERP system implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and end-user support.
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage cybersecurity, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and IT compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the reliable operation of servers, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets, resources, and asset inventories.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline would be preferred.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial or team leadership capacity.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or trading environments is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing external vendors and IT-related projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent are an added advantage.
• Experience leading ERP implementation, system upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, IT governance, and compliance standards is an added advantage.
