Responsibilities
Location - Bangalore , Pune , Kolkata,Indore
- Manage IT operations, team priorities, user support, and escalations; take ownership of service availability and issue resolution.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, assets, licenses, and vendors; deliver infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
- Perform hands-on deployment, administration, patch management, and troubleshooting across Windows and Linux environments, including endpoints, servers, and virtual machines, with working knowledge of macOS administration and support.
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Administer cloud services, email, user identities, MFA, and access permissions; manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Investigate outages, monitor infrastructure, verify backups, test restores, and maintain recovery procedures and configuration records.
- Apply endpoint protection, encryption, least-privilege access, and vulnerability fixes; coordinate security incidents and audit actions with the security team.
- Enable safe AI adoption through approved tools, data-sharing controls, and permission reviews; address AI-enabled phishing and impersonation with the security team and adapt IT practices as threats evolve.
