IT Manager
Summary
Embedded IT manager/business partner for a Singapore coffee roastery's business unit: owns IT support quality, the tech roadmap, vendor selection and project rollouts across inventory, ordering, finance, HR, e-commerce and cafe operations, while coordinating with Group IT on infrastructure, standards and security.
About us
Since 1979, Suzuki Coffee has been roasting in Singapore, carrying forward a charcoal-roasting tradition that began in Tokyo in 1944. Today, the Roastery located in Jurong supplies leading brands and hospitality partners, and serves coffee lovers through Suzuki Cafe, online store and Omakase subscription. Every cup roasted depends on more than craft: it relies on the systems behind the roastery and production, warehouse and inventory, B2B orders, e-commerce and cafe operations.

Report regularly to site management on IT service performance, open issues, project progress and spend
Look for opportunities where technology and digital tools can improve efficiency, reduce cost or improve the customer experience
