IT Monitoring Sr. Analyst
NewBe an early applicant- System Monitoring: Implement and manage monitoring solutions to ensure the continuous availability and performance of IT systems.
- Incident Management: Identify, diagnose, and resolve IT incidents to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze system performance data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements for management and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and other departments to support business operations and projects.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure monitoring practices comply with relevant regulations and standards, and implement security measures to protect organizational data.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance monitoring and IT service delivery.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT operations or monitoring.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Dynatrace or similar IT monitoring tools and technologies, including network, server, and application monitoring.
- Experience working with T24, Oracle Database, and AS/400.
- Proficiency in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are a plus.
